I am one of those people that are not very athletic or really like to exercise. It has never been something I have been able to do for any length of time. I joined Tighten-N-Tone when I had reached the 200+ pound mark and had just turned 50. I knew that if I didn’t do something now, I might not be able to do it ever. I love TNT because all you have to do is get dressed, show up, and follow directions. It is that easy. The music is great and the staff is so encouraging. I get as much out of the routines today as I did when I first started. Today I am down 85 pounds and have lost 53.5” overall. Thank you TNT – you have made me a new woman!

A regular exercise program including flexibility, strength, and cardio is one of the most important steps you can take to slow the progression of arthritis. For me, TNT is that program! I have slowed "Arthur" down considerably and my bone density tests actually show improvement.

I started the TNT program in 1995 and have since lost 32 + inches and 35 + pounds, but it's not what I have lost, but what I have gained that is really important to me, the increased muscle strength, stability and the flexibility that I needed. The TNT is great, we work hard but have fun too- and you get to meet the nicest people.
